Your user data - pet profiles, health records, photos, and account - is stored exclusively with EU providers in EU data centers and is therefore outside the scope of the US CLOUD Act. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
For internal operations we use common business tools - which ones and how they are classified under data protection law is documented transparently in our Privacy Policy. App user data stays strictly separate.
